This multidiscipline approach includes visual assessment, functional/movement assessment, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, joint capsule release, as well as stretching and strengthening exercises. These techniques are utilized according to the patient/client's specific needs with the goal of mobilizong restrictive scar tissue, increasing range of motion, and ultimately decreasing pain. Every session is followed by a home exercise program that is specifically designed to meet the recipient's specific needs.
